Residual Apps independent sales representatives are independent contractors (1099), not employees. They earn commissions by referring customers who purchase subscriptions to apps in the Residual Apps portfolio. There are no downlines, no recruitment commissions, and no requirement to purchase or maintain any product. This is not a multi-level marketing program.
Commission rates vary by app and subscription tier. See Apps & payouts for the full rate table. Commissions are paid monthly (less than 20 referrals) or biweekly (20 or more referrals) via Stripe Connect direct deposit to your bank account, subject to a $10.00 minimum payout threshold. A Form 1099-K may be issued when cumulative earnings reach $600 in a calendar year.
The Residual Apps partner program launched in April 2026. The sales representative track within the program has been available since May 2026. All earnings data below covers the period from April 2026 through July 2026 — approximately four months of operation. Sample sizes are small because the program is new. This data will be updated quarterly as the program matures.

All three current and former sales representatives have earned $0.00 in commissions to date. This is the typical result for program participants during the program's first four months of operation.
The following example is hypothetical — it does not represent actual, expected, or guaranteed earnings. It is provided only to illustrate how the commission structure works mathematically.
A representative who refers 10 customers who each subscribe to TaskTroll at $5.99/month and remain active subscribers would receive approximately $25.00/month in commission ($2.50 per active subscriber). If those 10 subscribers remain active for 12 months, total commission received would be approximately $300.00 over the year. Actual results depend entirely on your ability to find, refer, and retain customers. Most people who attempt to earn income through sales representative or affiliate programs earn little or nothing.

Becoming a sales representative involves your time and effort; we do not guarantee a return on that investment.
If anyone representing Residual Apps has told you verbally or in writing that you are likely to earn a specific dollar amount, that representation was not authorized and is not binding on the company. This disclosure document is the controlling statement of what participants typically earn.
